How It Works: Your Meal, Made Easy
This isn't a traditional cooking class; it's a guided, hands-on workshop where you finish the main courses of your pre-purchased Thanksgiving Kit and create your four perfect side dishes right here in our kitchen.

Your Turkey, Your Way: Before the workshop, you'll choose your centerpiece—either a perfectly Brined Turkey(ready for you to roast at home) or a fully Cooked Turkey (ready for quick reheating and serving).

Create Your Sides: When you arrive, you'll dive into making your four chosen sides from our curated menu, guided by our culinary team. We provide the workspace, premium ingredients, and expert instructions.

Sunday Supper: A Creole Christmas
We believe food can be a great healer and is a beautiful connector of people. The goal of our Sunday Service is to do just that; connect people in our community through great food.
Each quarter, Alamo Kitchens, in conjunction with the Community Table Foundation, provides a supper club styled Sunday Dinner. We welcome a guest chef each month and a new theme to inspire their menu.

Do you love charcuterie boards but aren’t sure how to make them? At Alamo Kitchens, we'll show you the basics of making a stunning cheese board. And while we are building our boards, we will build a cocktail (mocktail) or two. This class includes a charcuterie board you can enjoy during the session or take with you, along with the recipes for the two cocktails (mocktails) we craft. We are excited to partner with Hess Foods (winner of HEB's Quest for Texas Best) for a Chorizo Making Class at Alamo Kitchens. Owner Maria Flores will show us how to make both a meat and vegetarian chorizo, just in time for the holiday.

Cookies for Santa Workshop: Bake or Take Home!
Get ready for the holidays with our efficient and fun Cookies for Santa workshop. In just two hours, participants will learn to make two distinct holiday cookie recipes from scratch.

This workshop is designed for maximum flexibility. You have two options for your finished product:

Bake with Us: Use our ovens to finish your cookies right away and take home a beautiful box of treats ready for Santa.
 - 
Take Home & Bake: Take your perfectly prepared dough home to freeze or bake later, ensuring you have fresh cookies exactly when you need them.
